Wilderness Resort Online Auction
- All items are being Sold As-Is, Where Is, with no guarantees or warranties of any kind.
- A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the highest bid to determine the total sales price of each item.
- Acceptable forms of payment include Cash or Good Business/Personal Check (Drawn on a Virginia Bank).
- Immediate transfer of titles for cash and certified funds payments ONLY.
- Checks should be made payable to At Auction Inc. ALL payments are due in the Auction Company office by Friday, August 21st at 4:00 p.m. For payments by check, all titles & trailers will be held for TEN DAYS for clearance of funds. Titles will be released and available for pick up at our office on Tuesday, September 1, 2020 between the hours of 12 Noon and 4 PM. Our office address is:

- Purchasers must remove trailers from the resort. They may NOT be returned back into Wilderness Resort by lot owners.
- You MUST have your receipt and title in-hand, to show to resort personnel, when removing any item.
- All items must be removed from Wilderness Resort grounds NO LATER THAN Saturday, September 5, 2020.
- These RV’s are 12 ft. wide, require a wide-load mover, and will require relocation by a professional rigger/hauler (those licensed to tow a wide load).
